PRINCE FARIS ♛ AGE: 16 ♛ HEIGHT: 5'7"ish (170 cm, so he's almost 5'7") ♛ SCARS: None ♛ TATTOOS: None ♛ APPEARANCE DESCRIPTION: A full body reference of Faris can be found here (I'm sorry it's so small). Faris appears to be the perfect Gallopolitan prince - he's commented on as being handsome and charming, modest and exceptionally skilled with horseback riding and all things knightly, and only like 75% of that is a lie!! Anyway, Gallopolis is located in the desert, so Faris always prefers looser clothes and things that are easy to move in, with a preference for higher-quality materials. He's absolutely spoiled, okay. The hat he wears is also basically his crown, so expect to see him wearing it all the time despite the cat ears he gained on entering the game, whoops. ♛ CHANGES IN GAME: Faris is arriving in game as half-cat, which means he's sporting orange cat ears and a very fluffy matching tail. Everyone knows that orange cats are the dumb ones, so of course it fits!! The ears kind of get in the way of his crown/hat thing, so he'll likely ditch it eventually. For now, he's trying his best to make it work. (It isn't working.) ♛ DEMEANOR: Faris absolutely seems to have everything under control. He's confident and steadfast, carrying conviction in his words and actions, and this is absolutely an act because that's what his people want to see. In reality, he's willing to scheme and lie to make sure people think the best of him, and he's definitely far more cowardly than his usual demeanor would imply. With that said, he isn't a bad person, just a dumb teenager making dumb decisions and trying frantically to pretend he's got his shit together. (He really does not.) ♛ VOICE: Faris is voiced by Sacha Dhawan and you can hear a sample of his voice over here. Most of the time he sounds confident and certain, and speaks with little hesitation or uncertainty. Faris does his best to project confidence, even when he isn't confident at all, but his facade can absolutely break under enough stress. Mostly he'll sound exactly like this, but skip ahead in the video if you want to see more of a range! PERMISSIONS ♛ BACKTAGGING: I'll be honest, I'm kind of bad at backtagging! Talk to me if this is something that could head in that direction, but I'm here for it! ♛ PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: Faris would really rather not, and that definitely includes sparring. Talk to me in advance if this is something that's likely to come up, but there's like a 99% chance your character can take him. ♛ MINDREADING: Not likely to come up, but let me know if it does and I'll share his thoughts! ♛ MAGICAL INFORMATION: There isn't really anything to sense here even if this does come up somehow! ♛ MEDICAL INFORMATION: Nothing out of the ordinary here either. ♛ IC OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS: Faris doesn't really have anything that will make him ditch a conversation, but he's definitely going to try to deflect if people bring up... anything about him being a lying liar who lies, tbh.
